How can I list my profile on the SoccerSkybox Marketplace?

If you don't have a Training and Camps Provider Profile already listed, you can Add Your Profile. You will then need to subscribe to a plan - even if it is a free plan. This ensures that all your information is accurate and allows you to then manage your profile. There is no credit card required for the free plan. Note: you will need to be either logged in to your SoccerSkybox account or create a new SoccerSkybox account before adding your Provider Profile.

When am I charged for the marketing subscription fees?

Your credit card will be charged automatically every month or year (depending on your plan). In your Provider Dashboard, you will be able to see when your subscription is set to renew.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next payment is applied. If you don't cancel, your subscription will automatically renew for the same plan. Any existing payments already made are non-refundable.

What happens to my profile (including images, reviews, etc) if I cancel a paid subscription?

If you are not on an active/paid subscription, then visitors will no longer be able to view your full profile information and you won’t be able to take advantage of the paid benefits listed above. We will keep your data intact in case you decide to renew to a paid subscription in the future. You can choose to subscribe to a free plan if you'd like.

Do I have to use the SoccerSkybox Registration System?

No, you don't. Some providers continue to use their current registration system (for example if they need to finish any long-term contracts signed with their current provider). Others who want to take advantage of the SoccerSkybox Registration System benefits do make the switch. Some providers even use SoccerSkybox along with their current system, for example to finish a season already in progress. It really all depends on your needs. However, having one system will allow you to manage your entire business in one place and more providers are finding it easier for parents to register as soon as they find you on SoccerSkybox.

How do I sign-up to use the SoccerSkybox OneTouch Registration system?

Are there any online payment fees for using the Registration System?

If you collect secure digital payments (e.g. debit/credit cards or bank withdraw/ACH) there is a fee paid directly to our third-party payment provider. Cards have a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. ACH have a fee of 0.8% per transaction (max of $5). You can choose whether to pay these fees or pass them onto the customer.

Who pays the SoccerSkybox Registration fee?

Like the payment transaction fee, with a click of a checkbox, you can choose if you pay this fee or pass on this fee to the end-customer. There are benefits of doing either, so it is really up to you.

What are the benefits of the Annual Plans?

To start, you will get 2 months for free when you pay for a full year in advance. You will also lock in the current plan rate for a year which ensures a lower price if our rates increase. Additionally, you can continue to build your marketing promotions all year long as customers are continuously looking for training/camps - or getting recommendations throughout the year.
